Refund policy

Printed books are final sale. Every printed book is made to order just for you, and the materials and printing are paid for as soon as you order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds on printed books.

Damaged or misprinted books
If your printed book arrives damaged or has a printing error, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement.

Digital PDFs
Digital editions are final sale once delivered. If your file will not download or open, or a file is missing from your order, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number. We will send you a new download link or a corrected file. If we cannot fix the problem, we will refund your digital purchase.
