How the 90 days work

Planned by the week, not one page per day.

• 3 months (Honesty, Release and Rest), 4 weeks each, plus 2 flex weeks
• Each week has a ritual page and an hour-by-hour page for all 7 days
• 18 "My day" pages for the days that need more room

The printed edition

• Printed in full color on bright white paper
• Three sizes: 7 × 10 in, 8.5 × 11 in, or A5 (5.8 × 8.3 in) in a clear PVC snap binder
• Cardstock cover laminated in 10 mil film on both sides, for a stiff, wipe-clean cover
• The original Ledger & Rose art, printed on white pages for strong contrast
• Undated, so you can begin on any day

A5 binder edition: Pages are hole-punched to fit the clear PVC snap binder they arrive in. Binder hole patterns vary by brand, so these pages may not fit other A5 binders, and refill pages from other brands may not fit this binder.
