Kept. Starting Over

For the woman beginning again, on her own terms.

Kept. Starting Over is a 90-day undated guided journal and planner for the chapter after the ending. It is a place to tell the truth about today, release what is finished, and rest into what comes next. One page at a time, no catching up.

What's inside

• Where I Am: an honest baseline of your life as it stands
• The Ninety Days: three months themed Honesty, Release and Rest, each with a monthly map, prompts, a weekly ritual and a weekly hours page
• 18 daily "My day" pages, flex weeks and 15 open notes pages
• Trackers and The Chapter I Kept, a closing look at what changed
• 12 "moments" pages and the original Ledger & Rose art

How the 90 days work

Planned by the week, not one page per day.

• 3 months (Honesty, Release and Rest), 4 weeks each, plus 2 flex weeks
• Each week has a ritual page and an hour-by-hour page for all 7 days
• 18 "My day" pages for the days that need more room

Bonus digital stickers

Your journal comes with its own matching set of 47 digital stickers in the same color: the cover heels and art, four ribbon bookmarks, Honesty, Release and Rest month banners, planner labels, week labels, check-ins, quotes and all 12 moments from your journal. Each sticker is a PNG with a see-through background that you can drop onto any page in GoodNotes, Notability and other note-taking apps. A how-to guide is included.
